Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Development Assistant to join our Bucharest team for a 6-month paid internship or junior-level contract, with the possibility of extension. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background in urbanism, architecture, or paralegal studies who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector. Prior experience in renewable energy is not required, but an interest in the field is a plus.
Main responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the project development team, including filing, organizing, and managing project documents and the authorisations folder.
- Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of authorisation documents and permits for renewable energy projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support the team in coordinating with internal departments (engineering, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (authorities, consultants, partners).
- Help prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office and project workflows by proactively identifying and addressing administrative needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, supportive working environment.
Education and Skills:
- University degree or ongoing studies in Urbanism, Architecture, Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Romanian and English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is an advantage.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
